Stop showing countries you don't want

I would like the app to have the feature where I can choose not to show people from which countries I don’t want when searching.

Because I have a major problem right now with the fact that American people's accounts show me a lot, and I don't like the way they look or even write in their bios. Because most of the people he shows me look mentally distorted in their pictures and half of what they say is insulting in their bios. But there is no option available to prevent this.
